Thank you for shopping at BagoEco. Most of our products are handmade from natural materials, so slight variations in color, texture, or size are normal and part of each item’s uniqueness.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items received.
  • Not accepted for: change of mind, natural variations in materials (jute, raffia, seagrass, shells), custom/personalized orders, sale/clearance items, or items that have been used or washed.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all packaging and labels intact.
  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/incorrect items, or within 7 days for other eligible issues.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service via email with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Wait for confirmation and instructions before returning the item.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (defect, transit damage, wrong item), BagoEco will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label (where available).
  • If the issue is from the customer’s side (e.g., wrong size/model selection), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Customers may choose a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative item or receive a refund.

5. Damaged Parcels

  • If the package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the box before opening and of the contents after opening.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.

6. International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
  • We cannot process refunds for orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorization
